- 1983 Founding of the organization that would become Impact Global Health Alliance.
- 2009 Joined Curamericas Global as administrative assistant
- 2011 Advanced to Program Associate and later Operations Manager, managing a USAID-funded project and closing out a $2 million CDC PEPFAR grant in Haiti with zero audit findings.
- 2013 – Present Appointed Executive Director, Endowment growth to 3.6M under management, while expanding programs across Guatemala, Kenya, Togo, Bolivia, and Haiti.
- 2017-2019 Completed MPH (UNC Chapel Hill) and MBA (University of Chicago Booth); refined expertise in impact measurement and organizational strategy.
- 2020 Directed an $11 million statewide COVID-19 response across 26 counties, deploying 218 community health workers. Built the Meaningful App
- 2021 Named Triangle Business Journal “40 Under 40”
- 2022 Received Diamante Arts & Cultural Center Health & Sciences Award
- 2023 Honored with the Corporate Leadership Award, Triangle Business Journal.
- 2025 Secured major gift
